shall perform their duties with fairness, transparency, and accountability, and conduct themselves as exemplary public servants by not accepting gifts, tokens, or any form of benefit, nor soliciting such benefits, in connection with their duties, whether before, during, or after the performance of those duties, as such actions may lead to corruption or misconduct.”
